Phone Appointments: A credit card number is required at the time of booking.  50% of the treatment cost will be charged at the time of booking.

Change & Cancellation: We request that all guest using the spa extend the courteous 48-hours cancellation notice period to change or cancel any appointment. If less than 48-hours notice is given, a 50% service of the treatment charge will apply. No show or same day cancellation will incur 100% of the treatment charges.
