From time to time Linda Wehbi Beauty Clinic has special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Voucher Code page. For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. Shipping Method & Cost

Standard Australia wide orders are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your order will be delivered within 48 hours by an Australia-wide courier. We require that your order is signed for on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery our courier will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company. Gift Vouchers Free Shipping Gift vouchers are shipped free of charge. If you purchase a Gift Voucher along with other products standard shipping rates will apply for your order.

Linda Wehbi Beauty Clinic attempts to be as accurate as possible. We do however acknowledge that content & product descriptions may at times be inaccurate, incomplete, and not entirely error-free. If a product offered by Linda Wehbi Beauty Clinic is not as described, it is your responsibility to return it in an unused condition.

You must notify Linda Wehbi Beauty Clinic by email info@lindaweghbibeauty.com to obtain a “Return ID number”, or please call Linda Wehbi Beauty Clinic directly. You must provide a “proof of purchase”, being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Linda Wehbi Beauty Clinic, or delivery note. Product must be returned to Linda Wehbi Beauty Clinic head office. You must return the Product in its original condition with the original packaging. You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the Product. You are responsible for the cost of the shipment of the Product. Upon receipt of the Product by Linda Wehbi Beauty Clinic, Linda Wehbi Beauty Clinic will refund to You the purchase price for the Product, less any shipping costs. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Linda Wehbi Beauty Clinic, however, please allow 14 days from the day You return the Product for Your account to be credited. Refunds will only be given to Products purchased from the Linda Wehbi Beauty Clinic Online Store. Refunds will not be given for products purchased from stockists that also stock our brands.
